Before you came to our Villa this week, our 3 computers were in such a mess and we were both very frustrated with the whole set up, especially were unable to sort the problems ourselves – just too old (us that is!!).
We were amazed that you were able to sort us completely in just 2 hours, and many thanks for being so patient with people who aren’t so computer literate as you are!
