Many of us nowadays use our computers, laptops, tablets, phones and even other devices wirelessly. It’s convenient and simple to connect our devices to wireless networks (well it is if our Internet Service Provider give us a nice simple password to use, eh?) and we use them on more and more things in the home; the problem is that the signal strength, when combined with our concrete walls here on the Costa Blanca, sometimes can be an issue – so what can we do about it?
We have a number of Belkin N300 wifi range extenders in stock and this particular device is simple to set up yourself. Once plugged in you just connect to it using your laptop, mobile phone or tablet and allow it to find your home wifi network and give it your password. It will then configure itself and you can enjoy using your extended wireless network. If it’s not quite in the right position, then just move it – as long as it stays in range of the router it will reconnect automatically (so you won’t have any problems if you have a power cut, for example).
