We´ve been working with Bluemoon for well over a year and a half now.
Like everyone involved in Real estate we struggled for years to find a tech company who can direct traffic to our web site, keep the clients there long enough to actual see our property and ultimately turn web views into leads.
Richard and Tom have done that for us.
I get regular reports on our web site which shows we have improved month on month consistently for 12 months.
They speak our language, not tech language. This is important to me.
Its difficult to quantify the return on Tech spend but we know they provide us with value for money.
The guys pointed out glaring mistakes in our tech system- For example we had no back up for years and on a daily basis were running the risk of losing all out data without ever knowing!! They fixed this for us for a relatively small charge.

Richard has helped us on a number of occasions, including adding extra RAM to a lap top, checking our PC whose hard drive had failed and helping us to set up the new hard drive.
Richard showed me how to update the website of the Costa Blanca Bird Club so that I am now able to maintain the site on the club’s behalf. Richard always arrives on time, he explains things so that we can understand and is happy to answer quick queries by email now and again.
We also buy our printer cartridges from Liesl via Spanish Ink and because we live in GA they deliver direct to our gate which is very convenient.

Having seen many IT companies/freelancers come and go over the years it was refreshing to meet Richard of BlueMoon Solutions – a polite, reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable individual.
Our working relationship started with some minor issues with our office computers but Richard was quick to point out how we could improve certain aspects of our IT and we are delighted to say that Richard is now helping build us a brand new website.
