On behalf of the Torrevieja Computer Club I would like thank Richard Cavender of BlueMoon Solutions for all the help and advice which he has given to the Members during the time we have known him.
He has supplied many Members with computer equipment, visited their homes to set up new equipment and attend to individual computer problems.
He attends our meetings on a regular basis and has shared with us his vast knowledge of computers. It has become apparent that any questions presented to him are answered with the greatest of ease.
He has introduced to us many new programs and with his teaching skill given us the confidence to go ahead and use them.
At all times he has been courteous, patient, humorous – as well as making all our computer problems easy to understand.
I heard a lot off good comments about Richard, and when I needed to start all over again with my internal network, two years ago, I asked Richard if he could do it for me.
We had a meeting and he gave me next day already a quote, it was a good price and I accepted it, this was one off the best decisions that I made. He has also a remote program, that’s my favourite, because if I have a problem he can often solve the problem from his office.
When I call Richard and it is the answering machine, he calls me always back and some times he helps me through the phone. It amazes me how he can tell frame after frame what needs to appears in all the menu’s. I’m really impressed. He give a really good service for a good price. I’m also very happy with the inkt service from his wife liesl, quick, and also very good price. They are a good team.
