Hi Richard, I guess I have known you for 5 or 6 years now and during that time you have helped me upgrade my desktop, software, laptop(s), networks, printer, monitor and kitchen sink. Well most of the list anyway. During that time I have been impressed with your sage advice and you obvious knowledge of computers and computing. Before I came to Spain I spent several years working with computers and thought myself computer literate but once out of the game it’s hard to keep up with technology. That’s where you come in, thank goodness. It’s a bit of a blur with you, I can’t think what it would be like without you on the end of a phone or email link. Well done, keep up the good work.
Hi, It was just to say how brilliant you have been, I am very pleased with my computer I have sound now and yesterday I was in you tube which i like lot, because my favorite group is Pink Floyd and UB40.
I was listening to some UB40 videos in you tube its brill now with sound and the printer, thanks a million.
Hi Richard, just a quick note to say many thanks for your great service and price. Love the new laptop.
Nice to meet someone who genuinely cares.
Today I received wonderful news. At last my book I have recently finished writing has been published straight onto kindle and it´s all down to the work of Richard Cavender of BlueMoon Solutions for making it happen.
I first met Richard by way of my computer giving me problems (which he sorted out for me, I´m glad to say). When he became aware that I´d written my first book “12 Dead or Alive”, he was interested in my experiences with the Publishing world I told him I felt let down with my chosen publishers with the fact that if you didn´t pay out a great deal of money your pride and joy never gets advertised by the media.
When I disclosed to him that I´d written a second children’s book but was wary of going down the same path as before he offered me a solution, which I took.
Although books will never be replace, Ebooks and Kindle are our future, there are over 5,000 titles on it already.
A project near to his heart is to help writers publish their work on Kindle, – I’m proof he can do it – because he has. From the moment I agreed it´s taken less than a few months. He did all the work for me (I never felt a thing).
So what I´m saying to you is, if you have a book like me but haven’t a clue how to get it off the ground, speak to Richard, he´s made my dream come true. “I think I´ll spend my first million on a round the world cruise”
Just to remind you my book is called “Enchanted Garden” By Sandra Knott – written for my granddaughter and “12 Dead or Alive” by Sandra Bernice. Written for my Grandson 10 to 12 years.
Thank you Richard
Our daughter who lives in Canada was having trouble with her laptop.
As BlueMoon advertise in our Gran Alacant Advertiser, we contacted Richard and he sorted out the problem for her over the Internet.
Modern technology!!!!!
Thank you for all your help with the problem I had with Skype. It is good to find someone in computerland who is willing to help rather than line their own pockets. We need more like you.
We have known Richard and Liesl personally for a number of years, and they always look after our computers and equipment, efficiently and quickly.
Thanks to BlueMoon Solutions, we now have a web site to be proud of, and more importantly, it is bringing us new customers. We would recommend them without hesitation.
Richard has been a great help through his informative talks at Torrevieja Computer Club and has been very prompt and reasonably priced for house calls.
I will be calling on him to solve my PC problems in the future.
Since Richard from Bluemoon Solutions designed my new website visits to the site have trebled, also the email inquiries have increased dramatically, my old site was difficult to navigate but Richard designed a customer friendly site making it so easy for my customers to find their way around and with a contact sheet on every page it now much easier to send me their inquiries.
Hi Richard, sorry I have been delayed in letting you know about my PC regarding the Blue page freeze up. I have been back to the uk for 2 weeks.
But the solution you suggested about the PC perhaps over heating was 100% correct. I hadn’t realised that one of the Fans was intermittent, obviously it seems when I moved the PC tower, to check the fan, it must have shaken the fan enough to start it going, so when I checked it was wizzing round. But I caught the bugger by accident idle!! So replaced it with a new one & Pat was checking emails whilst I was away & it never stopped once, so problem solved. Thanks for your long distance diagnostics, did your self out of a job lol.
Keep up the good work Richard, best regards Bill
